Since the holidays are over, it might feel like marketing ideas for your business have come to a dull point. However, I beg to differ! I think January is a great month to reinvigorate your marketing, brand image, and connect with your audience.
Let’s think about it? When January hits, people tend to want to improve themselves or some aspect of their life. The lull of time between Christmas and the driftiness of January allows for a lot of self reflection that allows us to connect with ourselves and what we want to do this year. I love it. I think reflection is something to do constantly and there is so much to look forward to in the new year that this is one of the most wonderful times to get creative and down-to-earth with your marketing techniques.

First off, consider making a vision board for your business, looking into goals, new services, improvements, etc which will make your business better and worth choosing for the consumer. When customers can see your commitment to your business and make it more viable, they are often more likely to use or buy whatever you offer.
You can also do a reflective recap post with things that happened in the year before, letting your business’s performance shine and show authenticity to your audience.
Looking to start your year fresh? Consider a January clearance sale or discounted services as a way of welcoming in the new year.

Lastly, this year, analogue seems to be the way to go, and I am quite the advocate for it. Therefore, consider doing a “dry January” theme but as a challenge to be more socially connected in the real world rather than online. Trust me, people will love this.
These ideas are fun, unique, and ready to set your business apart this year.
