The Boys Shelter, Inc. contacted us to handle their rebranding. They wanted to update their brand and bring more attention to their cause, promote their sponsors better, and make the public more aware of their cause. We designed a site based on content management that allows them to update every aspect of their site. They can post news, photo galleries, events and highlight new sponsors. We added the newsletter subscription to allow them to keep in contact with their supporters. Also, we updated all their social media, including Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus.
Branding is more than having a logo designed. Every thought, every action, every policy, every ad, every marketing promotion has the effect of either inspiring or deterring brand loyalty in whomever is exposed to it. Even the way a client is treated when they enter your establishment is part of your brand.
We have been using CyberSpyder for our web page since 2006. They have gone over and above their commitment to us to help design and host our web page. Steph has given us help in using the web page and shopping cart any time that we have needed help, especially in the beginning when we had to learn a lot. We now have a very nice online business because of their help and they continue to help us improve the site all of the time.
When we had computer issues, Rob was even nice enough to come to our place and set up our computers and printer network for us. He has also helped us several times with issues on our laptops, which has been very helpful to us. – O. & J. Basham, Country Boy Gardens
This is Mark Goodson, from Golf Cars of Fort Smith. Just a little background first. I am the perfect example of being computer illiterate. I know how to turn it on and look up a few things, but not very much.
At the golf car shop we had a web site, but it was terrible, hard to work, hard to load pictures and just not very good. Driving in to work one morning, I heard a radio commercial for CyberSpyder. I thought it was a strange name for a computer company, but was easy to remember.
I gave them a call, visited with Steph for a bit and set an appointment for the next week. She asked for me to send her some information on what we had so she could see what we were doing.
When Steph showed up, she had some questions as to the direction we wanted to go and what we would like the finished product to look like. It took a couple of meetings for her to educate us as to what we could do with our new website and how to use it.
We have a great web site today and it is because we took the time to call CyberSpyder. – M. Goodson, Golf Cars of Fort Smith
“When Steph began servicing my website, she immediately improved my site. I am very impressed with their overall knowledge of web design/hosting. From the very beginning of our relationship, I found CyberSpyder to be personable, punctual in making requested changes and responding/solving any problems I encountered. Also, she is always looking for ways to improve my site, either with graphic concepts or just making it more user friendly. I would recommend Stephanie and CyberSpyder to anyone.” – T. Fiorentine, Don’s Mobile Homes
CyberSpyder is an amazing company to work with. They really listens to the needs of all of their clients and, and although their rates are really low the quality and dedication of their websites is top notch. – D. Bushnaq
“CyberSpyder first designed our website four years ago. Since then, they have updated it several times and recently revamped it to meet our changing needs. They have always taken the time to offer personal, professional service and some basic training, which allows me to quick changes. We depend on their complete understanding of all aspects of IT and highly recommend their services to others!” – L. Hood, Credit Service Company
Stephanie presented me a good plan for my website, and showed me how to use it to build my company. She has been very helpful with explaining ideas and uses for my site that I had not tried. CyberSpyder has helped us greatly, and I have no problem to continue to use her service, or suggest others work with her on their website needs. – T. Ahlert, River Road Machinery
