Jordan Sprogis was born and raised in the bustling city of Stamford, Connecticut. As a child, writing stories on her family's '90s-era desktop was better than doing just about anything else.
In 2012, she attended Western Connecticut State University where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing. After graduating, she taught preschool for two years before deciding to pursue her true passion.
Freelance writing isn't an easy game to get into, but over several years of doing contracted work, Jordan has written and managed hundreds of pieces from various industries - ranging from law, education, environmentalism, finance, technology, pets, to much more.
Jordan lives by the fact that good content is anything that adds value to the reader's life. That's why she specializes in making sure even technical topics are digestible with an eye for what readable copy should look like to laymen and professionals alike.
Jordan has lived in South Carolina, Mississippi, and New York, but currently resides in Connecticut again to be near friends and family. In her spare time, Jordan loves to read her book club books or relax with her cats and husband while binge-watching the latest Netflix series. But on most nights, you can find her listening to true crime podcasts while concocting a new dinner recipe in the kitchen!
