Additionally, businesses can provide FAQs (frequenttly asked questions) or knowledge base (KB) articles, owner’s manuals, videos and blog posts and other content explaining better how to use products or services they purchase, news and updates about them, as well as the opportunity to leave reviews, and resolve problems or complaints.  This builds a more loyal customer base.

Some businesses integrate different software packages to handle internal functions like lead capture and processing, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, and even project management, document sharing and accounting.
